International Shipping

Orders are shipped via registered airmail with a tracking number. Delivery from Israel typically takes 2–3 weeks, though delays may occur due to shipping company overloads.

For shipments outside of Israel, additional charges may apply according to local regulations. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required to release the package.

All transactions are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981). You can cancel an order within 14 days of receipt or exchange items within 30 days, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please be aware that cancellations incur a handling fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), and for items already shipped, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

Refunds are processed through your original payment method, except for Direct or Debit cards, which are refunded via bank transfer. Note that the website operator holds sole discretion over the condition of returned goods; custom-made, personalized, or individual items from a set cannot be returned or canceled unless they arrived defective.
