The Website shall not be held liable for any damage (direct or indirect), loss, inconvenience, emotional distress, or expenses incurred by users, visitors, and/or any third parties as a result of using or relying on any content, information, data, representation, images, videos, audio, advertisements, products, services, or any other material appearing on the Website. Any such reliance is made at the sole discretion and full responsibility of the user.

The use of the Website is entirely and solely at the user’s own risk. Any decision made based on the content or materials published on the Website is the user’s full responsibility. The Website does not guarantee that the content published will be complete, correct, legal, accurate, or suitable for the expectations or needs of every user. The Website shall not be responsible for any outcome resulting from the use of, reliance on, or actions taken based on such content.

The Website Operator shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from improper or incorrect use of the products.

The Website is not responsible for the tarnishing of silver products sold on the Website, and no responsibility applies to products purchased on the Website for damages such as tears, breakage, or similar issues (except in cases where products initially arrive in defective condition or unusable, as determined solely by the Website). The user acknowledges that the products are jewelry items and therefore may naturally experience reasonable wear over time based on their materials and characteristics.

It is clarified that jewelry must not be exposed to chemicals or extreme environmental conditions that may alter their appearance. Without limiting the above, it is clarified that jewelry must not be exposed to the Dead Sea, sulfur springs, seawater, jacuzzi, spa, salt environments, cleaning agents, bleach, cosmetic products, and similar substances.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain the jewelry properly according to its type. The Website shall not be liable for any damages resulting from improper use or handling of the jewelry (care instructions and maintenance tips are available on the Website).

The user agrees to indemnify the Website Operator and/or anyone acting on its behalf for any damage, loss, or expense incurred (including legal fees) resulting from the user’s violation of these Terms of Use and/or any applicable law.

Prices, availability, and other purchasing conditions are displayed on the Website pages and may change from time to time. The Website reserves the right to change the range of products and/or services, discontinue them, or modify their prices on the Website or elsewhere, without prior notice.

When placing an order on the Website, the User is responsible for providing correct, accurate, updated, and complete information. The Website may verify the details submitted after an order is placed and may cancel or limit the order at any time. If payment has been made for an order that is subsequently canceled, the Website will refund the payment to the original method of payment.

If, for any reason, the credit company refuses to transfer the payment for a purchase made on the Website, the Website may suspend or terminate the service immediately. The Website may also demand payment through alternative means, at its discretion, including reimbursement for any expenses incurred as a result of the refusal (including third-party fees or penalties). If legal action is required to collect outstanding payments, the User agrees to compensate the Website for all costs incurred, including attorney fees and legal expenses.

Purchases made on the Website are subject to the additional terms and limitations of the credit card companies and/or any other payment providers offered on the Website.

When placing an order on the Website, the User will be asked to provide basic details such as full name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. To ensure fast and accurate processing of the order, the User must provide correct and complete details. Failure to do so may prevent the Website Operator from guaranteeing the order’s completion.

Knowingly providing false information may constitute a criminal offense. Users who submit false information may face civil and/or criminal legal action, including claims for damages caused to the Website Operator due to disruption of the Website’s activity. In addition, the information provided by the User may be used for sending emails regarding promotions or updates on the Website.

Upon placing the order, the Website Operator will verify the payment method provided by the buyer. After receiving authorization from the credit card company, the User will receive confirmation that the order has been approved. The User will be charged for the purchased item immediately upon completion of the order.

The purchase transaction will be completed only after the order process is finalized and the Website Operator receives authorization from the relevant financial entity, in accordance with its procedures. If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the User will receive a notification. Completion of the transaction is also subject to product availability in stock at the time of order.

The order will be recorded in the Website Operator’s system, and a confirmation message will be sent to the User via email and/or SMS shortly after the transaction is completed. If the confirmation email is not received, the User must contact customer service.

The User will receive an invoice after the payment is processed, sent to the email and/or SMS number provided during checkout.

It is clarified that receiving an email confirming the registration of the order in the Website system does not constitute proof of completion of the transaction and does not obligate the Website Operator. The computerized records of the Website Operator, including automatic logs of all actions performed, shall serve as prima facie evidence.

The order details entered by the User and the transaction record in the Website’s system shall constitute final and conclusive proof of the transaction and its correctness.

If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the User will be notified and required to provide an alternative payment method.

In addition to approval from the credit card company, confirmation of the order is subject to the product being available in the Website Operator’s inventory at the time of supply or at the time of order (even if the Website indicates that the product is in stock).

If the product is not in stock, the Website Operator may cancel or replace the order at its sole discretion. If the User chooses to cancel, they will receive a refund accordingly.

For the avoidance of doubt, the User shall have no claim or demand against the Website or anyone acting on its behalf for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to them or to any third party due to product unavailability. It may occur that a product appears on the Website as available, while in practice it is out of stock and cannot be supplied.

The provisions of this section are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”).

Customers have the right to cancel a transaction they have made. Refunds will be issued to the credit card and/or PayPal and/or Bit, according to the original method of payment. Refunds will be provided under the following terms:

1. Order cancellation is subject to a handling fee of 5% or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
   
   Refunds will be issued in accordance with the Law.
   
2. In the event of transaction cancellation after the product has been shipped and received, a full refund will be provided minus the shipping cost and a 5% cancellation fee, provided that the product is returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
   
3. Cancellation eligibility:
   
   A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the Consumer Protection Law.
   
4. The Website Operator retains sole and absolute discretion regarding the condition of returned merchandise.
   
   Items that show signs of use or wear, or products that were used in any way, will not be eligible for return or refund, subject to the sole discretion of the Website Operator.
   
5. For transactions made with Direct/Debit Cards, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
   
6. Single items purchased as part of a set cannot be returned individually, unless the item arrived defective and only with approval from the Website Operator.
   
7. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (1981), custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or canceled, including items made to order per customer request (e.g., engraved pieces, customized designs, and similar bespoke items).

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different item, they must contact our customer service department.

Product exchanges may be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Website — including its content, design, software, applications, computer code, graphic files, images, text, and any other material featured on the Website — are the sole property of the Website Operator. None of these may be copied, photographed, distributed, publicly displayed, or transferred to any third party.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, publish, market, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Website.

The Website domain, the Website itself, the brand name, and all trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) are the exclusive property of the Website Operator. No use may be made of them without prior written approval from the Website Operator.

All information and/or content displayed on the Website, including graphics, design, textual presentation, trademarks, and logos — as well as the editing, format, and arrangement of such elements — are the exclusive property of the Website and/or anyone acting on its behalf.

No content on the Website may be copied, duplicated, distributed, published, or used in any manner without prior written approval from the Website Operator. Accessing the Website does not grant any license, permission, or rights of use in any form.

The Website reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to discontinue its activity on the Website and/or to cancel a customer’s order.

If an order is canceled by the Website’s decision, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.

If the Website discontinues its operation and/or cancels a customer’s order due to an error in product description, incorrect pricing, or for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall have no claim or demand against the Website or anyone acting on its behalf.

Alternatively, and without any legal obligation to do so, the Website Operator may choose to honor the revised transaction terms at its sole discretion.

The Terms of Use apply to the Website and all services provided through it, whether accessed via computer or any other communication device (such as mobile phone, tablet, handheld device, etc.). These Terms apply to use of the Website on the internet as well as through any network or communication platform.

The Website reserves the right to modify, update, add to, or remove parts of these Terms from time to time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The user bears full responsibility to review and be familiar with the Terms and to ensure compliance at all times.

While the Website makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed is accurate, certain inaccuracies or errors may appear in good faith. The Website shall not be held liable for any damage or consequence arising from such inaccuracies. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).

Any action or conduct by the Website Operator in favor of a user beyond the obligations stated in these Terms shall be considered a gesture of goodwill only and shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights under these Terms.

In the event of technical malfunctions that temporarily prevent use of the Website, the Website Operator will act to resolve them as soon as possible. Users shall have no claims or demands against the Website or the Website Operator regarding such occurrences or the handling thereof.

In any case of discrepancy or contradiction between this document and any other publication or information provided by the Website or anyone on its behalf, including social media, the provisions of these Terms of Use shall prevail.

The Website does not guarantee availability of stock for all products whose images or descriptions appear on the Website.

Use of the Website’s products is solely at the responsibility of the purchaser (or their legal guardian, where applicable). Products must be used reasonably and according to the usage instructions appearing on or with the product.

Prices listed on the Website do not include shipping fees unless specifically stated otherwise.

Prices include VAT, and the final price is the price displayed on the payment/checkout page.

The law governing these Terms and any purchase made through the Website is the law of the State of Israel only. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall be vested in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District.
